20) Time

“There is no time”

I had believed that from my study of metaphysics, that there was no time in the higher consciousness levels, that it was only part of the lower planes, part of the duality.  But then I realized that if there is motion in the higher planes, there must be time because time is the measurement between one event and the next and things are evidently not only moving, but also there is the soul growth from its incarnations’ experiences. 

“Time is different”

Ok, different how?

“Miracles & Coincidences”

How are they done?  Slowing time is one way to manipulate our plane without being seen.  A spirit guide slows time down and manipulates our world so that 2 people meet who need to meet.  That involves making changes on the physical plane, maybe on the emotional and mental also.

Can any higher entity do it?  Or is there a guild of guides who are needed to slow our time down?

“Concentration”

You could say that we manipulate time, conscious time at least, by concentrating.  The obvious saying is that time moves so quickly when having fun and so slowly with pain.  That isn’t totally true about pleasure and pain, because it is possible to also extend ecstasy by paying attention.

Can we slow our time down enough so that we can see the spirit manipulations?   Attention to the here and now? 

“Anesthesia”

I have never seen it and I know I have been manipulated many times, mostly for the better.  I can see the results and can recognize the change, just never saw how it was done.

Maybe there is some kind of mesmerizing involved.  “Forget”.  I was here and moved something so that you would take a different path, but I also caused you to miss it by making you forget whatever you may have seen.

Not a bad technique---what cannot be done?  There seems to be some kind of prime directive for the spirits, don’t do anything which can be proven, if possible.

Anesthesia:  analgesia (no pain), paralysis (can’t move), and amnesia (forgetting).

I can think of one message delivered where a manipulation happened while I was right there.  I was rolling a shopping cart down a dock from my boat, the cart overflowing with my crunched up mainsail.  There was also a cloth bag on top with my dirty laundry.  When I got to my car, the laundry wasn’t there.  I walked back down to where it must have fallen into the water, but it wasn’t there, probably sunk.  I went swimming, diving down several times to feel the muddy bottom, couldn’t see, but no bag.  Giving up, I kicked to get a breath, and my foot contacted a sharp piece of glass in the mud.  So back on the dock, now not only was my laundry gone with my favorite hand-knit shirt, but my foot was also bleeding.

So we have 2 manipulations really, the laundry fell into the water without me hearing a splash, and what are the odds of cutting my foot?  There was a third manipulation, but I can’t remember now what it was.  The message was delivered, I understood it, and decided to ignore it and do what I wanted anyway.  I was young and still learning.

“How things Work”

I have always wanted to know how things work, thus my fascination with physics.  After that it was the study of metaphysics.  I went to a psychiatrist for a period and at the end of one session he said, “Then you want to know how things work”.  I thought “of course”, but thinking about it later, it came to me that not everyone is like that.  In fact I have found that most people don’t know and don’t care.  In other words, it is my life choice, but any other path is ok for other people.

My next step was psychedelic drugs, which promised to show me the inner workings of my mind.  I was very cautious, watching my friends do it for a couple years, worried that I would find the bottom of my mind.  But what I found was a vast dimension of consciousness levels and I could see the lines of force, I call them, which connect everything.  I could watch my brain put together an answer to a question from my father, the ‘idea-lets’ coming together to form words and a sentence, it must have taken 20 minutes, but when the statement was vocalized, nobody noticed anything strange.  Time slowed down.  I could watch the mechanisms.  But I never sensed any actual entities, not that I remember.

Manipulations plus Forgetting

With that combination, they can do whatever they want to us.   Yes, but we still have free will (free won’t) to accept the result of the manipulation or not.

Are all manipulations good?  Depends on who is doing the defining of good and bad.

Again it comes down to a choice of whether or not to create karma.

Karma

Do karmic acts always create karma?  Does just living create karma?

If so, I would have to wonder how we ever get off the karmic wheel, something we are supposed to be working toward.

And what about a small child or an animal?  Are they creating karma?

My answer is “no”.  I think it comes down to a moment of decision.  Do I:

1.        Make myself look better by hurting someone else?  Lying.

2.       Save myself by lying?

3.       Save someone else by lying?

That is why lying is so bad, because that is how karma is created.

What about #3?  Does that create karma?

Lying eventually hurts the liar. 

But I don’t think it is the lying which creates karma.  I think it is the willingness to hurt someone else to better or save yourself.  So by definition, #3 does not create karma.

Kwai Chang Caine always said that it is better to not allow someone else to hurt him, which he didn’t mind sometimes.  But the serious damage he did not allow.  Maybe he based his decisions on preventing someone else from creating karma toward him.

Wise Decisions

Why worry about making a wise decision?  If the manipulations are going on?

What is a “wise” decision?  What does “wisdom” mean?

Dictionary:  the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment.

My definition:  being aware of the bigger picture---longer time frame than just the moment.  Definitely involving not creating karma.

This implies that the manipulations may be physical, but can’t change minds.  But what about creativity?  So we are indeed being manipulated with ideas planted into our brains.  So where does free will come in?

Choices

Quantum physics string theories, there are several of them and they are all true, but some are better at some events than others.

So to solve a problem, a conscious choice must be made to decide which string theory to use.  In other words the observer becomes part of the solution, not something new in quantum mechanics.  In quantum mechanics research, the first decision is which way to do the measurements, either particle or wave.  And amazingly, that decision actually changes the physical results.

Do we have the same choice?  What about the decision about which belief systems to believe in?  Does that change the results also?
